The Brindavan College of Engineering facilitates the admission process of prospective students by offering to them required counselling and guidance to help them select the right course. The unit guides students in processing their applications for admission in the selected course. Admissions are finalized only after completion of all formalities, and after the submission of required documents.

Step 2

Admission

  • Fill the application form.
  • Select your programme from the available programme List.
  • Deposit initial payment of (Application fee: Rs 500, rest under Programme fee of first Year/Semester)
  • After the successful realization of the payment
  • A Unique Provisional Registration No. will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID.
  • Upload the documents.
  • Recent Photograph.
  • Matriculation Marksheet.
  • Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. Also, if the applicant is claiming scholarship on the basis of qualification previous to eligibility qualification, he/she is required to submit the previous qualifications exam certificate/ marksheet also. In case the exam certificate/ marksheet is not available at the time of filling this application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted later also.
  • Address Proof.
  • Avail Residential/Food/Laundry/Indoor stadium/Gymnasium facility.
  • All the submitted documents are to be verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines.
  • Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the university. (The balance payment of fee is ideally expected to be paid within 10-15 days or as advised after the allotment of seats.

Accommodation Details

Accommodation for boys and girls is provided separately with all modern amenities. Students are requested to book their preferred location choice and type of accommodation in advance. Hostel rules have been framed keeping in mind the local culture and traditions; with a view to guide and help students attain standards of implacable conduct. Therefore, while residents enjoy maximum freedom, it is ensured that this is always within the framework of standard guidelines and procedures

Guidelines for admissions from NATA :

  • Candidates must have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test In Architecture) Conducted by Council of Architecture (COA).
  • Qualifying marks for NATA - would be based on the following rules :
  • Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
  • Entrance test : NATA visit www.nata.in and www.coa.gov.in for details on test syllabus, test pattern, test centre and exam dates.
  • Education: Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English from a recognized Board, with minimum 50% marks of the 10+2 level examination. OR
  • Passed 10+3 diploma Examination with mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  • There is No lateral entry to B.ARCH course
